As managing partner of Evers Robinson Ltd., Joe has over 20 years of public accounting experience working with a wide variety of clients. Prior to Evers Robinson Ltd., Joe was a Senior Manager in the Phoenix office of KPMG Peat Marwick. During his tenure with KPMG, Joe served both privately held and public clients operating in various industries including: insurance, technology, financial institutions, merchandising, real estate and construction organizations. Joe is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Information Systems Audit & Control Association.

Dennis R. Robinson, Partner, CPA (Arizona, Nevada & Oklahoma)

Before entering private practice in 1994, Dennis was a Senior Manager for KPMG Peat Marwick in the Firm's national financial services practice. His 13 year career in Big-6 public accounting was evenly divided between providing audit and tax services for a variety of clients. Although designated a specialist in financial services, his experience was concentrated in audit, tax and regulatory matters related to a variety of businesses as well as financial institutions. His clients ranged in size from start-up operations to major publicly traded companies in multiple states. The services Dennis participated in providing to these clients included intitial public offerings, letter ruling requests, protests, regulatory approval and compliance, and preparation of testimony on proposed regulations to the national office of the Internal Revenue Service. While with KPMG Peat Marwick, Dennsi was a contributing author to the semi-annual revisions to the treatise Taxation of Financial Institutions and the most recent edition of International Taxation of Banks.
